My fall "TABLESCAPE"!

First thing........I ran out into the woods and gathered sticks.........all different sizes of course......I trimmed them later with my "creative gene-yuss" stick trimming tool I won on Sandra Lee's "Fantastic " Tablescape e-bay sale.

Next....Camryn and I both put on our i-pods.........loaded up the Sound of Music soundtrack and went running through the hills, that were, at the time, "Alive with the Sound of Music". Oh the things we saw..........like, huge mounds of........well.........POOP.....from the cows and horses and a few wild pigs..............I digress.......We found all these lovely wild flowers and wild berries (we chose not to snack on those........cause after all....they were wild). (But those berries did make me think of a dewberry cobbler with homemade ice cream!)

Wait........I've lost track.............. pies and cobblers and ice cream.........OH MY!

We brought all of our wonderous things home and found just the right color raffia ribbon to tie around them.

We then went outstide to our little pumpkin patch and picked out the cutest little perfect pumpkin.....(it is on the left of our flower creation picture above). We brought it in and cleaned it and glazed it, etc............ain't it just the purrtiest thang!

NOTE TO ERIN................My sweet new friend.........loved the magazine..........Thanks so much for sending it to me. It has such beautiful pics and great ideas. Please know all I've said before is a joke on me and how un-creative I am! I am in awe of you and my sisters and my friends who are so creative. That "gene-yus" skipped me big-time!

I guess I got the gift of sarcasm.
